"Yada! Yada!! Yada!!!"

Julia Louis-Dreyfus aka Elaine from Seinfeld

A whole lot of stuff has transpired since the last time these fingers have hit the Vaio, so we gonna just take our time, listen to Boney James' new album Contact, and simply enjoy the moment.  That's what life is all about.

Been out and about and....bout to let loose so baby diary u're gonna be my usual listening partner and I really hope u don't tell nobody about what we say, ok, it's just between me and you.  What in the name of Bobby's World is up with all this rushing around here in Miami.  It's sad really.  Just driving seeing all these people cutting folks off, Levi's zippering up and down the highway like they doing a run for Scarface.  It's like patience has become unaffordable, and no one's willing to pay for it.  That may be the case at In and Out Burgers, but c'mon, if look at all these plastic surgery joints around here in tha beach u see there's never a shortage of patients!  Hopefully, no matter what people think, they will remember that I'm a strong believer in doing things right, and most good things take time.  Take u time, do it right!  Man, I actually had a girl sing this song directly to my face, I think she wanted to touch Galaxia's stars now that I think about it!  Cool girl, model figure...ok, no stories today Austin...

Now it's not too often, one can say...ok, yesterday, one of my homegirls ("Vegas Girl" u know we got nothing for love 4 u gal!), took a memorable of memorable rides out and about down here in South Florida.  The weather was looking like Jayne Mansfield at around 80 degrees.  So we let the top down, bump some classic Common as he told us what love is, and just wilded out!!  Now diary, what made this so much is fun is we did this trip Galaxia style.  U know, we just hopped in the car and drove with absolutely no real plans in mind.
Those are the most enjoyable ones.  Hey-zeus' Daddy led us to go to the FTL (Fort Lauderdale).  Didn't go to the beach, or outskirts we ended up going through the city.  I like going up there, just so chill.  So anyway, just driving and looking for a spot to eat...and what we found...

Flavor of Peru.
Tallarin Verde con Bisteck
This was the scene of one of, if not the best meal, we've ever tasted.  This is no jokes, dude....now when we first walked in, there was no one in there.  So, I immediately began to think about all those episodes of Kitchen Nightmares, where it's empty, the food is bad, and it just looks like a lost seen of some Italian mob film where a deal is about to go down, and there are bodyguards in sunglasses and rockin' Despicable Me type trench coats!  It was a first time eating authenic Peruvian cuisine, so, heck u only dance to life's song once, unless Y100 is DJ'ing then u'll hear that song again, but anyway, let's get our shuffle on.

Bistec a la Pobre
We started out with a cool waitress.  Then we got some Peruvian popcorn.  Which was mad silly.  Tasted very Delicious Vinyl.  Moved on to this Papa a la Huan..a dish that had potato smothered over by this Peruvian Cheese.  U talking about good.  Man.  Very good  and that were just the appetizers.  My homie ordered her a dish in the pictured above.  Like, skirt type steak, with these green noodles, a potato that tasted like a humped up tator tot, but better.  So sexy.  We had the dish pictured to the right which was a grilled steak, rice, egg, plantines, and a bowl of these hot beans.  Just splientatous!  Really was.  One of the best meals either of us have had!  The thing that got me, and I leave it alone...U could go to this joint and just order everything individually and be super good.  Just get the rice or the potato dish, everything tastes great alone.  Very memorable.  A moment in life...

Coming back, was banging that Gwen Stefani classic album, The Sweet Escape.  A pure classic as the sky shining up ahead.  That's a Austino's Vault candidate, stay tuned....but our life is right now about having fun with the coolest, sexiest people around.  Not in the mood for games or "maybe" no, we at that point where no day is a guarantee and I don't wanna take nothing for granted.  So far, been really blessed meeting and greeting some really cool folk, which isn't easy here in Miami.  Lots of attitudes and mentalities and over-rated ness going on, but that's ok.  I don't want those people around me.  I want people who aren't afraid to make a fool of themselves, know how to really live and not just exist, and have something to offer in terms of teaching us some things and positions!  (wink!)  If this is my last post, diary can u please let people know to have fun!  Please...

Just about to chicken wrap this up.  "Yada, Yada, Yada!"  That was a classic episode from Seinfeld, with our cover girl above quoting that throughout.  U think about all those sayings u hear.  Cute stuff...a video is coming soon concerning our future "assignments", great stuff coming up.  Oh, and real quick story then I gotta go to bed.  We was at 23rd and Collins, and the stoplight turned green for the turn going right.  I was at the crosswalk, but while the light was green, the car was just sitting there.  Me and this guy was like, what in the name of Rachel Green is going on?!  Next thing u know, that Miami "honk, honk" parade began!  And we looked at the girl in the car...I was hoping she wasn't zapped out or began counting sheep at the wheel.  Her hand was on the wheel Speed Racer style, like she was about to jet, but she wasn't going anywhere.  She had sunglasses on (maybe she was checking us out?!)...humm.  But, anyhowser, eye got in the street to get her attention, she immediately noticed our signal, so me and the other guy were pointing like we were parking cars at the old Chicago Stadium, to "Go...Go!!!"  She sped off, and the guy and myself were bugging up laughing like Pharrell said him and Diddy did in Aspen.  What a life...

Enjoy life.  Y not!
Austino. Galaxia.
