"Pop-her-rah-zee!!"

Lady Gaga...I love you too!
Today was a classic!  But you know what that's great...it's about living life to the fullest and having the most fun possible.  And boy did we ever and I have a gang full of pictures to prove it.  Check them out below as we take u through a typical day in our life.

Day begins after we woke up today.  U know what the pics say it all.
Do We have change 4 breakfast?

Then we head to....

Cristione aka "Christina"

Where we meet the beautiful Cristione, who made us our usual, English Muffin with Egg Whites featuring Tomatoes and Lettuce.  Thanks for the hook up girl!!

We go back home to be attacked by this menace black cat.

Eat our breakfast and out the door for a workout.  Pass by Flamingo Park and people playing tennis on this beautiful day.

...and also gander pass Lincoln Road, which was kinda quiet on this Monday.  I think people are still recovering from the weekend!!

Where's the beef?  As u can see, in typical South Beach form...a burger with no meat and nothing but buns!  I guess they just liked the lettuce!

Off on Collins Ave., capture the W Hotel.  This is becoming a serious hot spot down in SoBe.  They have a nice eatery spot called The Dutch, that I'm gonna have to hit up.  As well as the infamously famous club spot called The Wall.  I can sense a diary is gonna be written on our visits to those joints.  Oh, how the fun!

Finally get to our co-2nd home (American Airlines Arena is the other co-home), which is David Barton Gym.    A very 'club scene' atmosphere up in the gym today.  I was working out and this woman was telling us how hard we work tut, 'especially since it's only the 2nd!'  We got to talking about New Year's Eve down here in Miami...she asked what we do for our stomach, which was interesting cuz we wasn't working out abs at the time.  Told her our 'secret exercises.'  Place was really jumping.  Kenny O great 2 see u dawg!

Walk outside an notice this Cam'ron carriage without the horse outside the Gannesevoort Miami.  Notice the Louis nightspot written outside of it.  All we do down here in Miami Beach is party right!!!  Is that sittin' on them Kobe's? (24's)

Head back home.  Boy is this a historic landmark.  The ever popular Miami Beach Convention Center.  Just think of all the events held there.  From Muhammad Ali fighting there all the way to the Art Basel which just happened this past December.  Speaking of which, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival is coming up super soon...it's always jumping. Food and fun, how can u beat that?!!

Oh, the palm trees blowing on this January day.  Still is wild when u think about it.  A permanent vacation of sorts.  And yes you read the temperature right on top the building...it was 78 degrees on today.

I'm darn near close to my spot, and I run into this dude.  The self proclaimed, "Mad Hatter".  See him around quite often.  I promise you, you see people a lot down here in the beach area.  For real, at markets, concerts, on bikes, at restaurants...it's kind of it's own kooky community.  One of a kind.  He's a true "South Beach Legend"!

We then get back to the crib for milli-minutes.  Then we're back out the door.  We're going up north today.  And head up to Miami Lakes for the afternoon.  I always like to travel to different areas.  Plus, it's good for our sanity to get away from the beach sometimes.  It can be too much of a fantasy world.  Hit up this Thai & Sushi joint, Silver Spoon.

Also saw my guy K square while I was in the area.   Always a good time when we get together.  Talk about life, love, sports, literature, u name it. I wish people could be a fly in the room or our conversations. That's my dude! "That's what I'm talking about."

On my way back, from leaving Miami Lakes.  I saw this interesting sight. Its not too often you see cows grazing in the grass.  Especially down here in the Sunshine State.  I thought I was back up north in the great farmland of Indiana.  Plus, these cows were interacting with the geese.  I wonder if they used "Milk Me" as a pickup line?!!!

And after full afternoon, our evening ended with a trip to the newly opened Fresh Market grocery store here in South Beach.  It's built more like a modern museum than a food mecca.  We like how it's layout inside to.  You still get kids running around, and this one guy ate out of the nuts dispenser, that you're supposed to fill with your lb. bags.  But if you like organic and healthy eating this is a spot.  There's a little "talent" inside too! (just kidding!)  On a side note:  FM has a great deal on milk inside too .

Got home and talked to my Grandmother who was celebrating her 81st birthday. Think about that!  Love her so.  Talking about how things were down here in the south.  We take a lot of things for granted.  Not just materialistically, but racial....I can't even Rolls-Royce Phatom (ha!), not being able to be friends or , talk or date people of other races and colors.  It'll be a tough life for me to live.  Luv u Grandma!

Just trying to show our life in a visual tense.  Our life is crazy.  And believe me there's more to come!!  But that's enough for now!

Capture your life for future memories.
Austino.
