Tales From The Galaxia.

This might be very short...this might be very loooong.  I really don't have an idea, but what I do know is that our life is really, really, really getting juicy.  Like a Big Buford from Checker's or Rally's if u're up North! We're gonna let it all hang out and tell you about all these crazy experiences that's been going on in our life.  These are true stories, so don't think we made any of this up.  Let's all hold on as we get it in on tonight.  No bragging or boasting, we gonna let everything speak for itself.  Where do we start?  I need a song to get into the groove...C'mon Biggie, "I love it when u call me....".

Speaking of which, we're always talking about how we meet or women come to us in the wildest and craziest places.  So I'm at the Citgo gas station near Brickell, and its like 5am in the morning.  I get to the pump, step out and walk over to the bulletproof window where they have to slide out the drawer for you to give them their card or whatever.  I see homegirl through the window, and say, "Hi (In my psuedo-shy voice), Can you give me $18 on pump 12?"  This woman like almost jumped through the window, by putting her face up to the glass, and the Robocop speaker, and yells, "HUH?!!!"  I'm thinking this girl is talking way too loud, it's way too early to be talking that loud in the morning.  I repeat, almost with an attitude, "I want $18 dollars on pump 12."  All the while this was going on, I sense this woman coming near me from behind, like talking.  I assume she's on the phone, and I'm making sure this checkout lady don't add no Black and Mild's to my debit card, but this woman is getting closer, and I faintly hear, "Good Morning, Big Papi!"  I thought she was on the phone, so whatever...Next thing I notice, I turn and hear this woman snapping...ON ME! She's firing about, "I WAS JUST SAYING HI, I WASN'T EVEN ASKING YOU FOR MONEY."  And all this stuff....I'm thinking, "Ooops, my bad!"  Cuz I don't like to brush anybody off, no matter who they are.  But its too early in the morning for all this drama.  Seems like these girls like coming up on me, when I'm vulerable which is usually when I got a gas pump in my hand.  I already talked about me and this "lady of the night" who I ended up scooping up at the BP gas station off of Coral Way, taking to her place, she offered me her services, I thought about it, she told me whenever I needed "something", and I drove off wondering about how Arroz Con Pollo tastes for breakfast!  Now that I think about it, tomorrow is Valentine's Day...a perfect day for a little tit for tat.  That totally didn't come out right, but, u get the gist of it!!

So much...I love to have fun.  And these last few days have given me memories, to the point where I don't even know what's going on.  Saturday night, I was up...late....late....early.  Just having fun with some cool peeps.  Man, that Mary Brickell Village is jumping dude!  Saw a lot that night, and morning...A few nuggets of choice.  I've never seen a security guard give a patron a cold cup of water to sober up.  That was legendary!  I mean the cup even had ice in it and all! I'm bugging up laughing as he gave the look of, "Bro, u really need this right now!"  I just wonder who was watching the door as he was playing Bentley for tha moment.  Ah...hold up, I gotta get my grill warmed up, for these Turkey Burgers, I'm gonna make for the tommorrow's lunch, hold up....Alright, I'm back.  That was funny!  But yeah, just a lot of good times throughout the night, all in the name of Ms. J's birthday.  I usually am not a heavy drinker, but sometimes u just gotta enjoy life, and enjoy good food, and even a drink or two.  That's in the Bible as well, ain't it, I think I'm becoming a ghetto preacher or something!  Which we are...of Fun!!  That verse is Ecclesiastes 8:15.  I'm being real now, so don't be scared....So after a Menage a Trois of a Margarita  a  and a shot of a...Buttery Nipple?  We were good for the night, and maybe the year!  (Wink!)  And of course, we love to dance, so yeah...it was a good time.

Which was kind of wild that I got back home like around Kevin Durant's Team USA jersey  time, cuz I had to go to sleep, and then wake up to squeeze in a Sunday School lesson, and then get ready for my favorite rivalry of them all.  The Lakers vs.  The Heat down here in Miami.  So, for this game which was on a Sunday afternoon, which are always the most fun to attend.  Definitely down here in Miami.  The sun is out, nobody's thinking about work, and that truly was the case for me.  Even though we work for the Heat, this is the one time during the season where I'm really neutral, and I get to just sit back and enjoy the show, and what a show it was.  Anytime u get Kobe, Lebron, D Howard, D Wade, Nash, Bosh, Metta World Peace, and others (I so miss Pau Gasol.) on tha same court, its always special.  This game is super special cuz its a new tradition for us down here, I'm at the Triple A like ALL THA TIME, but this is my Pops favorite team (Besides tha Bulls) and our fam used to go see the Lakers up north, when they played the Bulls with Jordan and Pippen during that 72 win season of '95-'96.  Seen the Lakers a lot.  In Indianapolis...I remember hooping in college and begin on the bench, no hobo here, being on the bench and as tha game was getting close, but we kept getting down by more points, I was literally thinking, "I really wanna win this game.  Like a lot....But....I got these tickets for next week for the Lakers and Bulls game, and I really wanna go see Kobe and Shaq play and Phil Jackson coach back in the Chi...So if we win cool....But if we lose...I'll holla!"  I'm being real.

But tha game was super awesome!  My homie Frankie Stacks and myself, lived it up big time.  I got pictures galore, and some videos (Shhh, I know its illegal, but...) that I may post here soon.  Atmosphere was hyped, Laker nation was thick as a video vixen that day, but some stuff off the court really got me wondering, "What is going on in our life."

So I wanted to truly enjoy the game as a fan.  So for the first time, I took the bus over from South Beach here to the arena.  No Vespa, no driving our car, we just wanted an authentic experience.   I took my Samsung headphones, which I don't like compared to the Coloud Color ones which I love, just to listen to some jams, not make it seem like I'm too high maintenance and live in my own galaxy, which I am and do sometimes...ok, a lot.  I cross over Alton Road to catch the S Bus on 8th and Alton.  The bus is running late, I'm taking so pics testing out the SG 3, and  checking out some sights and sounds of the day. The bus comes, and I have my headphones on, I get on and as I'm about to deposit my $2, this bus driver is like, "Take off your headphones", and I was about to snaaaapp!  I know Miami-Dade transit be trippin', but now a brotha can't even listen to some Jamiroquai while on tha bus?!!

The next like 20 minutes happened so fast, that I still don't know what happened.  The bus driver then, after I took off my headphones, asked me to help this gentleman up the bug step onto the bus.  So I grab his bags, he ordered me to place them in the bag compartment in the front.  Then the bus driver, who was a female, like...she began to hit on me.  Now I know somebody's like, "Austin, would u stop it, every woman ain't hitting on u brotha.  Chill with it."  But, ah...au contraire corn fritter, this woman begins to like really talk to me.  About taking my shirt off of me, and my laces, cuz they both were pink.  I'm in the front with her, as she's talking all this...She continues to talk about taking my sunglasses off of me, and stuff.  As I think back on it, she could chorograph one heck of a Vegas Burlesque show, I think! She kept on talking about Jungle Island, and the characters of South Beach, and on us passing this man that she said looked, like one of the Avatars!  U can't make this stuff up!  Talking about getting her 90s outfit together with pink leggings, a la Jane Fonda, and getting her sneakers.  It got OOC (Out of Control) dude...Then, on top of that, she flat out told me that the only thing on her mind, was let me quote this..."Getting Me a Burger".  She said that like 4 times.  So as a guy, u looking at this girl, and ur like, "she got some nice eyes"....talkative...should I pull out tha breath-o-fresh spray, and give two squirts into tha mouth, and see if everything I learned from watching How To Be a Player works!  But we had more things on our mind, and we knew we'd get our feel at the game...Little did I know, that somebody else had the same thing in mind.  Oh boy!

Hope I'm not boring u, I know I can jibber jabber.  But our life is getting more and more exciting... Back to the story.

Tha game was very exciting.  Had very awesome seats as well. So after seeing the game, The Donald do his Presidential tour around the court, after seeing a near brawl in the section we were sitting over Kobe and his acquitted rape charges of yesteryear, after seeing the girls go crazy over the sight of William Levy (1980 was the best year to be born wasn't it!), and more hilarious, after seeing Lil Weezy turn around, point his fingers to his eyes and point to indicate to somebody that he's "watching them" and then give a symbol of a "glock loaded" sign, I was absolutely hysterical in laughter!  It was a big thing after tha game, but I saw it, didn't hear what was said, but I told F Stacks, "Ain't that like a threatening charge or something?"  But I feel him....So after all that, we decided to go down to tha Heat store after the game.

This place was packed, man...I've never, even when I had season tickets to the Heat, I never went to the store after tha game.  First off, they had a line that was just as long as the line to Mansion circa 2007.  Then, u really couldn't move.  But it began to thin out some. So me and my dude were over looking at some of the throwback Heat Jackets, and then I let out a little, "Screech!" I turn and look and this Asian guy is walking away from me.  And I just yell out, "THIS GUY JUST FELT MY BUTT!" Frankie Stacks was just smiling about it, but dude, he like grabbed my whole entire left butt cheek, and just walked away.  No joke!  I was so stunned...kinda.  As we said, in our last post, and throughout this diary, we are very comfortable with our sexuality and level of sensuality.  We like girls as fish like dry land, so...maybe wrong example..But if some guys feel like they can make us become disenchanted over the high price of pudding, but telling us that lollipops are now on sale, so be it.  I've learned over our life, get used to it.  It comes with the territory.  I'm gonna stop right there on that.

Alright.  Here's a tip.  If u wanna make this a two parter, I suggest u stop reading now.  Cuz we STILL have some more crazy stories to tell.  If u stop, thanks for reading up 2 here, and I hope u enjoy the rest at ur convience.  If ur gonna continue on, then get ready...we have some more wild stuff.

South Beach.  Our home here in Miami Beach, is a wild stuff.  The absolutely things you see.  We have so many people from all over the world visiting us here in the city.  I don't think people can really grasp having so many people coming to ur neighborhood 2 just have a good time. A lot of Europeans are coming to "Tha land of the Beautiful People"...I was working out at DB Gym, and I'm not kidding you, I saw the loudest speaking dude, I've ever seen!  I'm on the bench press, trying to think about how crazy I am to be doing this Pro workout in tha first place, I hear this language that resembled something of Russian dialect being shouted across the workout floor, except one thing...He was talking to tha dude, right in front of him.  Like one foot away!!  If that...Now here in Miami, we have some loud talking people...I mean, I talk loud at times, just because I have 1/3rd ghetto in my blood anyway!  Then a lot of Cuban people and friends I know always joke around how family get-togethers can be a great setting for a demo on new earplugs as well.  So u get used to it here in tha Magic City!   But that was like a KISS concert on HGH!  Ridiculous...

So Monday night, I was still kind of recovering from the weekend.  I was in chill mode.  I had some "me" time.  And was laying in bed, lights off, and glasses off, and about to dream about tha day they bring the dance show Caliente back to Univision on Saturday mornings, what routine I'll used at my tryout, when all of a sudden I hear a "knock, knock , knock" on my door.  Everything's dark in our showroom, and I know that people don't usually knock on our door, especially this time of night.  So I immediately grab my eyeglasses on the bed headboard, and I click on my IKEA floor lamp, which I have to replace cuz the lamp shade has peeled some, but as we do at tha crib, when a piece is falling off, u just turned that bad boy to tha corner, over to the side where u can't see it, and nobody would notice a thing...at least they wouldn't til now!  So I hopped outta my bed, and went over to the door, and peak in the keyhole, and I see this ange...

"Hi!  ('Hi')...my name is A------- and we just moved in, but our toliet is ah... stopped.  Do you's have a...plun-ger?"  This girl had a serious European accent which was cool...kinda liked it.  So I told her to let me check, and I promise you she checked out place out, and dag gone near came in, which woulda been a whole hour post in and of itself...Y'all didn't catch that did you?!  Anyways, so I checked and no plumber in the bathroom, so she said she asked around, (Although, I didn't hear too many knocks after us) and we said 'Good Night' or 'Bye' and that was that.  But after I closed the door, I ai'nt gonna lie.  I've seen a lot of girls asleep (Cute), and we've seen a lot of girls as they are about to go to sleep (Cute...maybe), but I don't think I've seen anybody look as good in PJ's as she did standing in front of our door.  Boyfriend shorts, Blonde hair, sexy European face, and she was barefoot in the hallway, which shows either she don't care and she's a true beach gal or that she's crazy and loves to walk the asphalt in her feet, which if u live here in South Beach, I don't recommend that, even in tha rain.  No matter tha case, I just shook my head just thinking two things....That's a heck of a visual to end my day...And..."What time does Home Depot close again?!!"

Oh, this is fun, ain't it.  I'm probably getting cussed out for all this we're talking about, but...this is our diary.  If u've been reading about our life, we keep saying it's all about sharing tha fun, and our life is one worth watching.  For real, ain't nuthing like it really.  Then u throw in our crazy self, who really don't care about sharing embarrassing moments, or crazy sights, or what really goes through the minds of guys, especially ones who are single, then "Wah-Lah" u get this.  It'll never happen like this again, so we all need to cherish this special thang that's occurring.  It won't, dude....

What other crazy things...I saw this SUV driving near my block of 8th and Jefferson, with a bed mattress on top.  But what was crazy about it, was the guy in the passenger seat, had like his whole, not just his hand, but his whole body out the window, holding the mattress down with both hands.  All the while, the driver was holding it with both hands as well!  Just kidding, with only one, but if that wasn't enough, after they passed me, the driver had the nerve to honk his horn at a group of like 3 girls that were walking on the sidewalk!  Go figure!  I guess if u can't bring the girl to the bed, u might as well bring the bed to tha girl, huh!!  Only in Miami....

Another only in Miami...I saw this 4 year old kid tatted up.  I was looking as I was walking on Meridian Ave., that this shorty has a tat on the inside of his forearm.  I think it was fake, but it should did look like a  Kat Von D project possibly on his arm.  Could u imagine, a reality show like "School Bus Ink" debuting on the Disney channel late at night.  The storylines would be endless...A 5 yr. old wanting a Bugs Bunny tat, but due to copyright laws, the tattoo kid aka "A Plus" tells him "No", and next thing u know it, they get into a fight or what about a 3rd grade girl walking into the parlor wanting to have the tattoo of her perfect attendance certificate removed because she wants to miss a day of school to see Taylor Swift perform on Ellen.  That's real reality TV...at least I think so!

And lastly we come to today...Yeay, I actually talk about today, which had some wild stuff.  So I'm went to wash my car up on Biscayne Blvd., that's a long ride from Kendall...nother story on that.  So we're at the most...they gotta do a show on the K-Mart parking lot on like 107th and Biscayne Blvd.  Everything and everyone goes down there...literally.  See I saw a guy and a girl just sitting in a car today, and then I just saw the guy, and wondered what happened to tha girl, even though she didn't get out of the car...U be tha judge. But, after tha wash, I drove around the corner to park in tha lot.  I parked where it was some shade.  It was windy.  And no less than 5 minutes after I park, and am drying off the ride, this black freakin' Navigator comes like right next to my driver's side, crooked mind you, and parks.  I'm totally looking like,"ARE YOU SERIOUS!"  There's freakin' 150 spots empty at this place, u have tha choice of anyone even with shade, and the T-Pain microphone ain't on sale no more, so u don't have to worry about anybody mad rushing and smashing ur ride, and u wanna park right next to me.  So now we look like Beverly Hills couple that wants to sit alone at the down home country family picnic!  Crazy...

So I try my best to ignore this lady.  I look inside, and this lady was talking on the phone like she was the new Black Widow from the Cocaine War days of Miami, chomping at the mouth on her headphones and junk.  I'm just drying off my car, like she's trying to use us as a front, but what she don't know is that if Tubbs and Crockett comes for me and I go down, I'm spilling all tha baked, pinto, and in her case, black beans on everything from the disappearance of Bigfoot all the way to why they cancelled the show Playmakers back in tha day.  And as for tonight, I've spilled too much...

I gotta go 2 sleep now.
Bye Diary.
And be ready...it's gonna keep on getting better.

I promise.

Breakups to be Made up.

This is gonna be interesting on tonight.  I really, REALLY have a lot to write about concerning the last few days.  So so many stories from living it up celebrating a cool homegirl's birthday that lasted like for days it seemed to our new tradition of going to the game featuring our two favorite sports teams the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat, which was an awesome game, as it always is to just too much to name.  And on top of all that I still feel the hand print on my left booty cheek from this guy feeling all up on me.  (Why are all these people want to feel  on my butt?!  I know girls but now I gotta deal with guys too...uggh!)  But for some strange reason, I am being led to talk about something else.  What I don't know.  Like I said, our life is turning into like a trailor for The Hangover 3.  With so much good stuff, I promise...But...what and where do we start tonight.  Fingers do tha magic, cuz we have no idea....

Boy, I usually don't say this, but that last post we wrote was really wild wasn't it?  We've been writing for some time, and have what like over 300 posts within this diary, but I think or know that was the first time that we felt like a large "part" of us was left on the page, u know.  Our diary is so personal, and I really don't know why we tell all these stories cuz they are so personal, and I don't feel like many, if anybody would fess up to some of tha drama u may read.  U never know what u gonna get with us.  But I think now, in our life, and hopefully in others, it's just time out for all the "mickey mouse" stuff, and just tell it like it is.  We all have been through something, and if u look upon it in a positive manner, u'll find that it was only a stepping stone to the next level in ur life.  Whoa, I'm bout to get good tonight.  But first, Duffy would u do me the honors.  I love this song.

Has anybody had the honor of passing or coming upon somebody who once did u wrong, or might have done u wrong unexpectedly,  but now see you, and u don't even have to say a word like, "I told you, u messed up".  Boy, if I wasn't in a child friendly mood right now,  I totally would have used the F-word right there!  But for real, u don't have to say a single word.  I've seen it so much dude...Things have happened, and u see that person, and inside ur already planning what to say...A)  Should I be calm....B)  Do I tear out a page out of Andrew Dice Clay's best selling dictionary..or C)  Act like nothing ever happened.   Huh.  Now that I think about it, alot goes down at the American Airlines Arena, it seems like I run into so many chicks I once...I guess the game is really happening off the court.  For real...But as those decisions run through ur mind, usually I just sit there like I'm watching Charlie Brown's Christmas for the uptenth time.  It's like as the person approaches you, ur almost mouthing out their lines as they're saying them!  Ha ha!  "Hi...Austin (Austin)"..."U still work at..."..."Living at the Beach (Still)...."Glad to see (you)..."  When in the back of ur mind ur like, This chick got tha nerve to walk in my face and act like everything's honky dorey.  Even though it is, still sometimes u want closure.  Most of the time u don't get it, cuz folks just don't...New paragraph.

Folks don't wanna talk it out, and end at least on a high, or maybe not on a Celine Dion vocal, but at least on a Christina Aguilera note, u dig. And don't-let-that-person u don't want to see, have another significant other with them son!  Oooh Wee!  I'm gonna be real tonight, if u ain't ready, stop not now, but RIGHT NOW!  Cuz I know somebody feels me, I feel it in the air that somebody feels me, and needs to hear what is gonna unfold, so this is for you.  When u see that person, and let's be honest the first thing u notice is the physical look of that 'newbie'.  And u be thinking, especially if they introduce them to you, "U tell me they left a all u can eat buffet at the Biltmore Hotel for a Hungry Man oven dinner?"  Then once they leave out the door or up the elevator, ur like giving urself  "ugly faces" and start to speak in reality TV show tongues and junk, uttering, "Really?...No, Really?!"...."U gotta be kidding me?"..."Seriously though?"..."Oh Naw..."  Folks see u talking out loud wondering what u are referencing about, and u say 'nothing', but then continue, "Aw, life is wild."..."This chick"....Am I lying or not?

I told somebody the other day that here in Miami, u gonna see familiar faces ALLLL over town in the craziest places.  That person looked at me cockeyed like I had a potato skin growing out of my ear, but evidently they must not get out that much.  But I do...so I know u see folks.  Even though I live in the beach, I can be in Brickell, or South Miami, and see people I worked with, live near, partied with, that's just Miami!  So when things don't go right in work, in a relationship, this is like perfect training ground for how to react when u see these people again.  Cuz u will.  U move on, but still that initial sight of that person can bring ill feelings, and sometimes a want to make it work again.  Hummm....

Our life is upside down crazy.  If u haven't known already.  As I stated before, I've had a few friendships or whatever u wanna call them end on a kiss on my lips.  Then u compare that with, so many people feeling on my butt seemingly, as I said above, it's wild. I wonder if I have those people switch spots like feel me on my lips and kiss my donkey, how would my life turn out?!!  Ha ha!  But this is all true...I guess we talking about love, and getting over somebody.  Which isn't easy, all the time.

Sometimes u think that u missed out on ur best shot.  Which isn't always the case, either.  I know things didn't work out like I would have expected them too, and I'm sitting at home, not wanting to eat, trying to get full off of tap water cuz the fridge is empty and begin to cry when u see a Match.com commercial come on cuz u like that ---- don't work.  (That's another story)  When tha Yamma Jammas, ur all teary eyed like a highly trained professional actress whose been type-cast for funerals, are all on their way, doing their thang, u dig.  I remember hearing this one girl, supposedly tell a guy I knew, a popular guy too, after they broke up, she told during the breakup, "Ur young, u'll find somebody."  That's kind of wild to tell somebody to their face that.  But what we've learned is that sometimes breakups or what could have been's but are not's are the best thing that has happened to you....Well, maybe the second, the invention of the George Foreman grill was pretty cool as well!

There's really is a lot of fish in the sea.  I'm seeing that more and more each day.  Miami is loaded with lots of physical beauty.  Girls and guys included.  (I wrote that blowing and rubbing my knuckles on my bare chest. No shirt on in February, we are truly blessed in the MIA.)  Its just about finding the connection that goes deeper than physical makeup and the outside.  By the way, I don't care what anybody says a girl who wears UGG Boots with cut-off blue jean shorts is a hot look for me.  Just had to say that, cuz there's been some controversy down here in Miami about that.  I'll leave it at that.

But it's amazing how the Lord works.  Sometimes I just be thinking as I see somebody, and I be amazed at how just like two days ago, I wanted to be with this person, sign her off on my 401k, all the wile visualizing her in nothing but an eye-patch, a red throwback Lebron Heat jersey, and some Reebok pumps, I'm a little kinky just roll with it...and now on today, when I see her my solider doesn't even move at an attention like kid refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance the day after his family saw Roots. Its really amazing how one day u were chomping at the bit over somebody, and the next day u don't even say 'hi' or even talk anymore.

I remember...Uh oh, here we go...its getting real up-in-here.  U know what those words mean...

I remember, back in high school.  Now this is really getting personal and touchy cuz some folks I went to high school with may read this, but...as Jigga said in the "Give it to me" remix, and as my homegirl Paula once said, yes Paula I did call you out..."I don't give a (Fudge)." So, I had a little crush on this one girl alright.  I really didn't know anything about her, and I think the first time I met her was in like, Freshman year, when like our city consolidated the two high schools together which was big.  It was like 'Pac and say Biggie doing a song together.  U didn't think u would ever be going to the same school as some of ur Summer friends or for some their worse enemies.  But even though we had like cops everywhere, and more volunteers than the United Way to watch over our lunch periods.  I know, my Uncle Mic (Mike) helped out, and since he was trained in the military, he had eyes everywhere.  If u even thought about throwing one of those ultra-cold french fries across the lunch room, just the thought, would have had you hugging the lunchroom tile with ur hands behind ur back.  All done in overcoat, suit, and Kangol hat, so u know my uncle was gangsta.

Our lockers were in like the other building, and this girl had like the same constant letter as me, so as the alphabet assignments of the lockers would go, she was a few lockers away from me.  Rachel, what's up!  So since she didn't go to the same junior high schools, this was the first interactions with her.  Now whenever, I tell these "love gone wrong, but really right" stories, I always try to give a physical description of that girl.  Not gonna lie, I'm severely nervous about giving a visual about this girl, cuz I don't really want my phone blowing up, but it's our diary, and we don't care...I should just call out her name, but I won't...Let's see, this girl reminded me of.....Mega cute smile...Full-figured build...Alright, she reminded me of Tiffany Amber-Thiessen, but not the Kelly, Saved By The Bell version, but like the Fastlane version, which in a way she was sexier, nother topic again...but that's a dead on description on how she looked.  For real...Now I'm really getting embarrassed. (Hands on my head)

So I would see her around and stuff.  Maybe a "hi" here or there.  We  didn't have that many classes together.  But as we moved up through the grades, let's just say we did.  I took a lot of AP classes, and she did as well.  We also had  like a general studies classes together like this one Film class or something like that, and when I wasn't looking at MTV videos that our teacher taped late night style from the night before (Not kidding!  We watched music videos, how cool was that!), I would "happen" to glance over her way.  I think what I was attracted to was that I always thought she was slept-on.  Like, she was part of the, I guess "cool" crowd, and many of her friends were I was ultra-cool with definitely.  Knew all her friends really, and they all knew me.  But, she was like the Miranda Hobbes character on the show Sex and The City.  Like even though she wasn't the head honcho of her group, and even though when u ask guys who out of those four girls you would like to date or get with or hit or whatever, her name rarely comes up...she's actually the one who may have had the wildest stories.  This girl was like hidden like that.

So as like 10th grade came and throughout the years, we would have more and more classes together.  And we would talk, more and more.  A lot really.  During passing periods we would laugh and talk about assignments.  I remember like us playing basketball in the gym during lunch period, and afterwards we got back to class, and my girl was like, "Austin, was out there hooping" and all this and that...I saw her up in tha stands and I immediately turned into Jordan against Boston circa 1986 when he scored 63!  As I would many times during my high school career.  And I'm gonna tell a secret from an athlete...We know who's in the crowd during a game.  Especially, in high school.  I'll see her with her other cute friends, and it was a positive reinforcement, as with my other homeboys, and lady friends, and parents, u do ur best when those who u care about are there to support you.  I had lots of love, and if u have fam or friends who play sports, support them and go to the games, cuz it does make a difference, for real.  Now...

I was more and more digging this girl, just on a friend tip.  Even though I could see, like if I asked her out, I wonder...But more flirtations or just cool gestures would come.  Now me and her were having even more classes together...Ain't it wild how like u can have classes with tha same 15 people all throughout High School??...Now though, we were sitting next to each other, either front to back, or side to side..."That's the way I like to..."...I'm getting in trouble tonight, but u old club heads remember that freaky song right!  So we would be close, and dude, we be in the middle of class, the teacher's talking, and she would turn around to write something in my notebook like, "Austin is cool" or any cute little sayings...and I would be like, "Man, she keeps on doing these little things."  Then, like I said, she would be in front of us, so all those high school hormones would creep up, so while homedude was talking about chemistry problems up on the dry-erase board, I would glance dead ahead of me, and see this super cute girl, with a curvy body, and thinking about our own science and math problems with adding u and me, subtracting clothes...yada yada.

So by Senior year, we were really cool.  Really cool.  But I never asked her out or anything.  Now that I think about it, I don't know why.  Another mystery, but u just don't approach every single person who u dig, or accept every person who digs on you.  For one, u'll be up all night...Secondly, you'd...did anybody get that but us?!!!...Secondly, just because u feel for somebody, doesn't mean they supposed to be ur lover.  It's ok for a girl and a guy, to just be friends, u know.  It is possible.  So me and this girl was mad confortable with each other, and I just keep this secret to myself, and the only people who knew were me and Madonna.

Ok.  We graduated and stuff from High School...so this one day during the Summer, I'm up at the Beach working my Summer job, and this homegirl rolls through.  I see her familiar ride, and I'm like, "Ok, here's da-da-da."  Man...so she pulls up, and I say "What's up", and this scalawag, like said "hi" but in a like, "whatever guy" kind of way.  I immediately made a facial expression like I just smelled some smelly socks, and was like, "U gotta be kidding me right?"  For real, it messed me up...And it continued to mess me up, cuz she got out of the car, and of course all guys in the Midwest love the Summertime cuz that's when the girl's come out of Winter's closet, and believe u me, we guys are all gay because of it!  That's pretty good ain't it (Wink!).  So this girl, had on those short Ralph Lauren Polo khaki shorts, and her legs were of course thick in the thighs and had that borderline golden tanning salon look.  (I prefer the real thing, but sometimes u gotta do what u gotta do.)  As I see her walking around, I'm thinking to myself, how can u talk to somebody every single day...laugh and giggle...have this girl writing you notes...and u thinking she's one of the peeps u don't wanna forget and wanna keep in ur black book, to somebody who doesn't even acknowledge ur presence.  Does a diploma do all that?  Heck, if it does, I see why so many people back in the day dropped outta school.  If people trip off of a piece of paper, and when I say this I mean it, cuz this episode went down within days of our graduation, and I was left stunned.  That happened to me a lot, I guess they should nickname me the #1 stunna!

I saw her a time or two again, and still the brush off.  Crazy dude.  Why did we write all this, I don't know, I feel like MUD backwards really.  But, sometimes, well a lot of times u get tested in the areas u don't want to be tested in.  Now the second time I saw that chick, I coulda went off or something.  I didn't even say anything, but ur kind of hurt (At tha moment) wondering what did u do wrong?  What could u have said?  Should I have asked her to get some Dilly Bars at DQ?  U question urself, a gazillion times...which is Ok.  But when the dust settles, u have to realize that sometimes u really didn't do anything wrong.  U just lived life, and no matter what u would have done, he or she would have done or acted the same way.  So there's no reason to beat urself up, and think that u failed or anything.  As we've said before, when friendships or relationships break down, sometimes its simply that the other person may not be good enough for you.  Or to even be more real, as we've been tonight, sometimes the other person feels like they aren't good enough for you.  That's what we deal with, sometimes we see somebody who we think is cool or hot, and I get the sense that they don't feel like they are like our type or aren't as confident to be around us.  No...no...no....girl.  I don't care how u dress per se, or if you way like a buck 90 or something, believe u me, u're a hottie.  But its tough to tell somebody their a hottie, when they don't believe it themself.  Sooner or later, it comes down to you.  And as a man thinketh, so is he.  (Think that's in the Bible...Proverbs 23: 7...u get it all in our diary...ALL!)

I'm done.  The best is yet to come.  That's scary to even think about.  It's all about love and fun.  But in order to get the future, u gotta let go of the past.  Let bygones be bygones, and move on.  Nobody knows that more than us...we tell stories,  but we've let go.  And now, we're seeing the benefits of doing so.

And so will you.

Have a good night.

One For The Ages.

Ok, now...Tonight's another one of those nights where I really didn't have in mind to write anything on tonight.  And I really don't know why I jotting right now, but...we'll just see what rolls off our fingers concerning our life which is getting more intriguing by the minute.  Here we go, off on another adventure...

Where to start?  Where to start?

Miami can really geek your mind up.  I mean, on today it was 85 degrees down here...in February.  Which is really quite wild when u think about it.  We had the top down chillin' and rollin' through the city like it was the middle of Summer, which in a way it is.  At least in our minds...I'm gonna be honest though, while driving through the MIA and the neighborhoods of Little Havana and such, it actually hit me, like, "How in the world did I end up down here?"  For real...It like briefly hits you, like, "What just happened?"  That can occur with changes in jobs, or relationships or switching from premium to unleaded or from pumps to flip flops or from liking guys to liking...girls.  Sooner or later, it can just flash dance in front of you like a stripper at the great shake 'em up, in the sense that u like what u seeing developing, but u wonder where ur actually at in tha moment, and if u can eventually be able to touch it.

Huh.

Is this gonna be one of those diary entries?  Wouldn't say thaaaat...But we gotta keep it real.  Our life right now is at that, how can we put this plainly.  We said, "The Moment"....ah, this isn't getting through like we want it to.  Bear with us, as we try to explain it more deeply, and of course with a twist.  Let's see...Knuckles are crack.  Let's Roll!

I think it was Em, B Rabbit,
Who once said it best.
U get one shot not to blow,
To pass this rare of all tests.

Yeah, I like that ever so.
Blocking out all ur trials and tears,
This is why ur gonna make the big dough.

See, I'm starting to feel this thang,
Right now, on this Friday night.
Our mouth is getting wet,
Like seeing a Playmate on first sight.

Cuz, I know, what this is about,
At least in our life.
Being patient, wondering when,
Dealing with all this unnecessary strife.

But that's when it all clicks together,
And I ain't talking bout no Kayne remix frame.
No, it's when things begin to work out,
And even u the deepest haters say ur name.

I'm gonna write this like never before,
To even say that is like Vegas on acid.
But I know what it all feels like,
When ur hearts cold like Lake...Placid.

Even though ur heart is cold,
Inside ur soul, nothing but heat.
The fire burning at 100 degrees plus,
Flames flaming from the wood called defeat.

Inside u know that u that best,
How can anybody not want you.
It's like somebody being A-Ok,
And then wanting to catch tha flu.

It don't make sense,
That's the elephant in room so pink.
U can fake smile, or dance like Brit,
But that overwhelming desire can't make u think.

Just because things work ur way,
Doesn't mean that u simply forget.
U move on, but inside it's impossible,
To forget the mental spankings that made,
It tough for you to sit.

As usual, I'm being real,
Almost too real, to a fault.
But I have to spill it all out,
The rhythm of success it what I've caught.

If that means bringing one person on the journey,
Then I guess it's been worth tha pain.
U wonder why ur going through so much,
But perhaps it's to prevent another from going insane.

I can live with that,
At one time I couldn't comprehend it all.
How can Humpty Hump keep getting on the bricks,
Only to keep on hitting his inevitable fall.

Has anyone else had that feeling,
Where ur confidence is so sky high.
But that small sparkle in ur soul,
Tells u its not even worth trying to fly.

Never been done before.
Now its too late.
These are those frames highlighting ur mind,
As if ur life has been already dice rolled to fate.

Ur tired of hearing good news,
From even those so close to you.
Ur happy, and even excited,
The reality is that ur Kool-Aid just remains blue.

That's not a knock,
Although that's the one u've been waiting to hear.
The one where ur half-naked with socks,
And ur babe says, "It's opportunity, my dear."

Trying to stay within, that's the goal,
Can u not resist to look ahead?
Heart beats a little faster,
Thinking is this how Elvis once did?

I was reading Brickell Magazine,
The theme from the Editor was around fail.
How its almost a necessity for nutrition,
As u carry around Success' workman's pail.

Its a part of life,
Before it all breaks free.
Simple.  U go through the storm.
Then its the light you will see.

When ur in the midst though,
How can it seem so easy.
U seem like it ain't worth tha walk,
Walking weeks in a Lil Weezy.

Eventually u make it through,
And u look and know it's on.
Like a guy seeing a sale on steaks,
Heck, like a chick seeing a sale on Tampons.

U've been molded, with the warmest heat,
Just like the finest Sierra Leone gem.
The glow is now so bright,
Burning with a firmament that'll never go dim.

I know, I have the highest dreams,
Nothing short will do.
I shouldn't even tell them in this thang,
Cuz u might take them,
And then I'll have to sue.

But I'm feeling it tonight,
Yeah, I know I said that earlier above.
Sometimes its all about repetition and consistency,
Heck, that's what separates "like" from....love.

Let's start there, why don't we,
Did u think I was gonna let this all pass.
Without talking about the ultimate drama,
The one that is dealt with by the mass.

I saw this girl who I think is so super hot,
But it's like I already gave it two tries.
Should I at least tell her I notice her beauty,
Or just be quiet and offer her my fries?

See this has been my thing, u see,
One that has once engrossed my well.
Ur a marketing guru's dream,
So why should I have to be the one to sell?

Sometimes u think right,
Then u wonder why the timing's been all wrong.
Maybe I was born at the wrong time,
What if I was plucked right around Brian's Song?

I'm not the only one who's wondered this,
This country is the most single it's ever been.
Its so wild, that many people almost short of believing,
That getting married and having kids are simply a sin.

The gotcha gotcha of the case I presume,
Is its all about the level of connect.
Sexy looks are good, heck I adore them,
Only so far though, u will get.

So u play this math game of the odds,
Who's the best match-up for you.
Like choosing MJ or Magic, Bonds or Ruth,
Or which one of the Friends u'll like to do.

U press and press,
Going to every club or bar in sight.
Really, don't feel like going, but look at the M. Kors,
And figure, hey tonight might just be tha night.

The night marches on, and u get impatient,
Like a Ferrari in a traffic jam.
All ready to purr, juices are definitely a racing,
U got ur guns blazing like Yosemite Sam.

Bang! Bang! Bang! That's what's in ur mind,
All u can think about is life's ultimate peak.
Forget winning the lottery or being on Family Feud,
Tonight u wanna here those bed springs squeak.

Guess what though, nothing happens,
And now all u can do is head shake.
How can he or she not see me,
She chose somebody who's rocking that Burberry fake?

This has happened again,
U tell ur friends, "Thanks for the night."
As u start the ride up though u wonder,
What does it take to ever win this fight.

I train.  I pray.
I go through things people can't even dream.
Yet, I gotta get tha thugs, tha closet hood rats,
Right now, I just wish I had a Batman signal to beam.

U then drive home through the 3 a.m. fog,
And of course, u get reminded again.
Almost like the radio is quietly laughing at you,
As it plays Al Green's song of a "broken heart mend."

Those songs always come on during those trips home,
Least the do for yours so true.
When u wanna get a left-handed cigarette,
Wondering why did God go through life's scripts,
And choose...you.

A stoplight comes abruptly, like out of nowhere,
And u slam tha brakes til ur head does the jerk.
But considering another lost night,
U figure u could use the time off from work.

This stoplight last forever,
Mind games seemingly begin to play.
Thinking about all ur relationships of the past,
How that one person wanted to make love during...the day.

Now it's like "Do I call them up?",
At least play that, "There's still hope" game.
Go through all your old flames of love,
And u now know that u aren't simply the same.

No matter what you do, how long it takes,
There's no need to look back.
The door's been closed, the kiss has been given,
Looking back, your clothes have always been in ur 'It's Over' sack.

The light turns green, and now ur speeding ahead,
Images of ur past still grabs at ur heartbeat.
The lateness of the night, shows that ur alone on the road,
Kind of symbolic of this social street.

Those images of laughs and innocence,
When u thought it would always be so easy.
Now you know, it's not and simply wonder,
If you can see certain names without getting queasy.

Getting closer to home though, which is good,
The vow to change is now what you holla.
No more half-stepping, settling for the least,
No more making 15 cents out of a dollar.

U breathe like F-A-B,
And pull over on the side of the highway.
That swagger comes over you like never before.
A feeling that you want to last all of your days.

The lean in ur driver's seat is at a max,
Air fills up ur chest pumping up the seat belt.
A Joker's smile crosses your face,
Cuz now u know how to play those cards you were dealt.

It seems like everyone has been playing their Full House,
Like tha Tanner's on a Friday on ABC.
Heath Ledger and Jack Nicholson are now ur heroes,
And u mumble...
"What til they get a load of me."

U sit up, and get out of the car,
And walk to the rail where is just you and a cide of sue.
Should you give it all up,
I mean, let's be real, what should you do.

The rain begins to come...
Harder and harder is slaps you up in ur grill.
You yell, "@$#!, I've had it",
And now wonder if this has been destiny's ultimate thrill.

To see one of the best struggle,
Like a Shakespearean play out of the 2k.
Yeah, others play on love's court,
But let's be honest, everybody wants to see the best play.

U put one leg over the railing,
And u hear the screams from tha cars driving by.
Coming outta of the South Beach clubs,
Taking home Miss My, My, My.

U think this is the ultimate moment,
And even a tear drips from you eye.
The thought that this is your end,
When u had a lifetime of a dream of a simply fly.

The other leg crosses over the rail,
And now nothing's holding you but your hands.
Wasn't it just yesterday, at least it seems,
When you were playing, in front of 7, 304 fans.

I guess it wasn't meant to be,
All because of a broken heart.
We've begun at the beginning so many times,
This end has to be a new kind of start.

Yet, just as about you were about to let go,
A car pulls over right behind yours.
You hear a voice, but ignore it,
Maybe it's the rain hitting our now opened doors.

The voice gets louder, and now a horn honks,
U don't want to, but u look behind.
It's a woman's voice, and now a silhouette,
Now don't lose control, but, man is she fine.

She gets out of her Audi, and now has an umbrella,
Hurriedly she yells, "Stop! Stop! Don't let go..."
The grip is getting more slippery though,
And if she wants us to listen, she's gonna have to gimme some 'mo.

Her heels click over, and now she's out of breath,
And says, "I know who you are."
The confusion crosses your eyebrows,
Wondering how could she see us from so far.

This woman then begins to elaborate,
Reluctantly, you swoop back around.
How can u give up on life,
When such a beauty seems so down.

"I know who you are...please let's talk,
It's raining so please come into my ride."
U figure if she's crazy enough to go through this storm,
Might as well creep ur wet clothes into her passenger side.

It's just u two in there,
And more and more u realize that she's a dime.
Yet u don't get all giddy and excited,
Outside she could be roses, but inside she still might be a lime.

"I've been following you for some time now,
Although we have never met.
I've been fantasizing on this moment for some time now,
Just never knew it would be on this stormy night of never forget."

"I saw your vehicle on the side,
And please tell me what I saw wasn't true.
Just tell me that you weren't gonna kill yourself,
If you did I wouldn't know what to do."

You then look in her eyes,
Which already had u sorta hypnotized.
Quickly u scan her Donatella dress,
So short that u can see nothing but a sea of thighs.

U then say, "U don't know what I've been through,
Just to keep the struggle to be the best.
Why hasn't it broken my way already,
I've passed all the tests.

I like this ride, I see your style,
Your already a symbol of success.
So how can you know to have given everything u got,
And not have anybody to openly confess.

Life's a joke you see,
And I already know the angels have had a ball.
Rejection here, a "I'm busy" there,
I'm tired of going to the School of Hard Knocks,
And keep saying, 'Wait til next Fall.'

I just wish it would have been easy,
Just the chance for our dream.
Lady u fine and all, but u don't really know me,
My life hasn't been all what it may seem"

After that the lady took a breath,
And even took off her rain coat by every hook.
I could see already she was gonna play seductive hard ball,
There's no way her response was gonna be by the book.

"As I said earlier, I've been following you for some time,
But in the past you simply didn't see.
Right when I thought I was close to you,
You sped up and somehow wanted to flee.

I'm gonna make this brief, cuz I gotta go home,
It has simply been a long night.
I've already knew that u had a wild streak in u,
And just to let you know, I'm totally into your type.

When people hated on you, I was there,
Sometimes in the open, sometimes in the mush.
I wanted to see for myself it you were worth it,
Worth the chance to plant a seed in my bush.

I'm a shy girl, don't be fooled,
I don't reveal myself to just any a one.
Some guys disrespect me, take me for granted,
Even I get tired of just being used for some fun.

The beauty u see, has all be for you,
Every purity in my body, u can now hold.
I hope I'm not coming on too strong,
But I don't even care about what's in ur bill fold.

See I like someone who's patient, strong,
Who embraces all the struggle points.
That's what turns me on,
For I have so many flexible body joints.

To share the with everybody, not,
They would just take advantage of me.
They'll wanna just screw me all the time,
Never seeing the real worth of me."

As she talks you realize, just in her words
And in her glowing smile.
This is amazing, but although we just met,
Its like I've known you for awhile.

Could this be true?  No way.
Never on a night like this.
This is like the ultimate one-on-one,
Like some kind of Breaking Bad kind of twist.

Once again, u hold it in,
And listen at all the rests.
Inside u know she's different though,
She's more than a pair of breasts.

"I didn't want you to jump over the rail,
Because somebody told me it was close to our time.
It was close for us to finally meet,
Although I didn't know if it would be ur place,
Or mine.

I just wanted to tell you that all you've been through,
Has all been to get to me.
It may sound like a whole lot of crazy talk,
But soon you would see."

And right then she pulls out a tablet,
With every tough moment in ur past.
From not getting ur dream job,
To that girl walking away from u fast.

Even had the audio with it,
Boy, this thing is super cool.
It even showed u things of yesteryear,
All the girls flirting with you in school.

Slam!  The tablet closes, and she squeaks,
"I'm sorry, I gotta go."
You're in so much disbelief like u've been had again,
This seems like just another avalanche of snow.

Then she utters something that u'll never forget,
At least as long as you live.
Something that now changes the game,
Call it a Kiss from A Rose from Seal.

"Take this and open it up, when u get home,
It's something just for you.
The door is unlocked, it stopped raining,
For the record again, this is something new."

With that u open the door, it automatically closes,
And she jets off.
U're holding this white envelope,
Wondering should you obey her scoff.

You get home to your South Beach abode,
Drop your keys wondering, what awaits you.
She saved you, seduced you,
And then off she flew.

U lay in tha bed, and figure out,
Here we go, what it this.
I've never seen anybody so beautiful,
Don't wake me up, please don't share a pinch.

Her words are magnetic,
And they speak to your soul.
A smile crosses your face,
For these are the words u behold.

'THE TIME HAS COME FOR US TO MEET,
AND I CHERISH THIS MEETING.
I ALWAYS KNEW WE WOULD MEET,
ALTHOUGH U THOUGHT TIME WAS FLEETING.

THE ONLY REASON WE MET WAS ONE,
JUST BECAUSE U SLOWED DOWN.
U GO SO FAST IN UR LIFE,
U RUN WITH UR FEET NEVER HIT THE GROUND.

YOUR LIFE IS NOW NEVER GOING TO BE THE SAME,
FOR NOW ME AND YOU ARE TOGETHER.
IN YOUR MIND, IN YOUR HEART,
THROUGH ALL KIND OF WEATHER.

U'VE PAID YOUR DUES,
AND I SOUND ARROGANT TO SAY.
BUT I'M WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED,
I WAS MADE FOR YOU, AND TO ALWAYS MAKE YOUR DAY.

BEING STRONG, AIN'T EASY,
AND THE ROAD TO THE UNKNOWN IS TRYING.
U CRY, U LOOK INSIDE,
ALL WITHOUT THE RUNWAY OF FLYING.

BUT I WAS MADE FOR YOU,
AND WHETHER YOU KNOW IT, U THE SAME.
NOW WE WILL BE INTERTWINED
FOREVER IN LOVE'S ONE IN A MILLION GAME.

HERE'S MY CARD AND MY NUMBER,
I KNOW U'LL GIVE ME A CALL.
NOBODY ELSE CAN SATISFY ME LIKE YOU,
NEVER AGAIN WILL YOUR LIFE STALL.

NOW IT'S NOTHING BUT GOOD TIMES,
AND TIMING IS EVERYTHING BELIEVE U ME.
FOR NOW ON, UR DREAMS ARE GONNA BE A REALITY,
IN THE GLIMPSE OF ME, THAT YOU WILL SEE.

I'M SHY, BUT I'M SO HAPPY,
FOR TIME HAS FINALLY ARRIVED.
THIS COULD ONLY HAPPEN, NOT IF YOU JUST LAST,
BUT IF YOU COULD SURVIVE.

U DID THAT,
NOW I'M GONNA DO U RIGHT.
CHRISTMAS EVERY DAY,
NEW YEAR'S EVE EVERY NIGHT.

U DESERVE THE BEST,
AND NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU DOUBT.
THE LOVE OF UR LIFE HAS ENTERED YOURS,
DON'T HOLD BACK ANYMORE,
SIMPLY SHOUT!'

You look at the card,
Shake your head in disbelief.
Then jump up and down,
And think about the years ahead of relief.

They say so much is in a name,
And by this you know it's true.
U think about those hard times,
Alone trying just to figure out you.

See this is more than about love,
Just a symbol of not giving in.
When u hang on,
I'll guarantee that u will win.

It looks dark, I know,
This sounds like a poem, holier than though.
We just speaking from our soul,
As we transport from the then to the now.

We gonna let this speak for itself,
No bragging or boasting, no need.
It has always been bigger than us,
A poem like this is simply a seed.

That's it, all we got,
11:39 means its time 2 go.
But before we do,
There's one more thing I think u should know.

See that lady, who was so sexy,
That one every guy wish they could hold.
I have to tell you here name,
Since she stepped to ME so bold.

I only knew her by her card,
The one she gave.
Not just by her beauty,
But by her words, my life she saved.

As I looked at the card,
It taught me about today.
And I enjoying her presence,
At every chance,
Even on today.

See, her name was Momento Hablado,
Which is sexy as can be.
Now a name so Spanish sensual,
This has got to be the girl for me.

Slow down, getting through the struggle,
Don't jump, were her words of wise.
I love everything about this girl,
Just like I dreamed the perfect size.

I guess that's what living in the present can bring,
A true dream come true.
Just because u haven't seen it yet,
Doesn't mean somebody isn't or hasn't been checking for you.

I hope u get this poem, it's not us writing this one,
This is truly Heavenly spoken.

I almost wanna cry,
knowing this is simply a token.

Be patient and u'll get ur Momento Hablado as well,
Live patiently, Love and have no fear, and u'll see it with ur own eyes...

When your Moment has Spoken.

"Touch Me, Tease Me."

I don't know what I'm more upset about...That the Postal Service is gonna stop delivering mail on Saturdays or that the game of Monopoly is going get rid of the 'Iron' game piece and replace it with a...cat??  What in tha world is going on up in here!

Been a few days since we've written, I guess.  As usual just been busy as can be here and there...Hopefully I won't go a rambling, but we'll do our best to get u up to date on what's been going on here in our Galaxia, and here in tha M.I.A, so let's get to it.

People down here sleep in the weirdest places dude?  Unfortunately sometimes its not by choice, but still, folks just like take a nap...anywhere.  On sidewalks, on the grass of the sidewalks, underneath pickup trucks, in between trees in the grass next to the sidewalks.  The thing about the MIA is that it gets so hot down here sometimes, but it ain't tha caliente that gets you, it's tha freakin' sun.  U can just be standing still, and u begin to boil.  Like today, was kind of humid for a January day, and u just want to take off ur shirt and just go into complete beach mode.  (Huh...I wish more girls thought like me!)  But as on a typical day, u'll see these cats, just sleeping and snooring underneath some of the most hidden places dude, just 2 hide from the sun.  What do these cats do all day that makes them so tired?  I hope somebody who lives in Miami is reading this, and can attest that I ain't joking.  U see them yawning at like 9am in the morning, and I be like, "Did u have that wild of a night?"  They get food delivered to them constantly.  I know where I live at off of Jefferson Ave. here in SoBe, u have like people fighting over who gets to leave the food on the sidewalk.  Its at least two different people, and I ain't even...See I just heard a cat scream as I wrote this.  What tha...Anyways, I ain't even talking about my dude aka the guy in the alley or if u've been reading this diary, the South Beach Legend named "Cat Daddy".  Not even talking about him.  And I look at the food that is left for these cats, and I promise you it's like some organic pasta or something.  I'm thinking this cost like $4 or so when I go to Fresh Market.  I gotta sacrifice eating only half a box to make it last for more than one meal, and these kitties get it for free.  After sleeping in all morning...Tha easy life.

Have I written since the Super Bowl?  I don't think so...Man, when those lights went out at the Superdome, I know tha K-Feds were locking the whole place down.  Like, "Nobody move or else..."  And we all know what that else is?  Being in tha dark can mess u up figuratively and literally...There ain't nothing worse than being at a get-together or a party, and like walking down some steps with nothing but implemented laughter going on as u walking downstairs, and then when somebody sees you, everything comes 2 a complete halt, and u hear nothing but crickets chirping!  Being in tha dark....There's nothing like being tired as heck, but having to go 2 the bathroom outta ur dead sleep...But ur so tired that u don't even put on ur eyeglasses, so blindly u walk into the bathroom and don't even bother to cut on the lights, flush, go back to sleep (U wash ur hands, Ew!) and then wake up the next day to the morning sun, and realize that ur aim is as good Blindfolded Joe at a water balloon contest...Being in tha dark, bro....Or how about not having electricity for a night cuz somebody pulled the plug on the entire block, and having to use the light from ur cell phone to just get around ur place.  But u then realize that ur charger ain't gonna work, so u have to ration in ur head what's  important to you..."Let's see, I can use 30 seconds to cut on the burner for food, I don't need to use the celly to get undress, I may look like Gwen Stefani circa 2000, when I wake up, but who cares?  Ah...I can only reply to Facebook once, and when I do, I gotta use short replies like, 'K.', ''Huh', and 'Yea.'.  Basically u gotta pull out the Lil Jon Social Dictionary just to make it through the night!  Like I said...Being in the dark...It ain't fun.

What else has been going on?  Ain't it always funny when u wanna know information on somebody, but u don't really wanna ask them, but u keep ur ears out for any hints.  U know, like what there favorite color is, or if they've ever cheated on a Final Exam, or even if they are a switch hitter, if u catch my drift.  But I had one of those moments today, trying to figure out if this girl had a boyfriend...U know I got stories about love and relationships over the last few days, this is just one, homi...OMG!  My self-made picture is about to fall off the wall  in like 2 minutes max.  Oh Well! ...So I'm like ease dropping on a conversation to see what's up. It's like u don't wanna go in unarmed.  Yeah, the pic just fell off.  Did this ever happen to Warhol? ...But u always want to know the deal...It's like going to Wendy's and ordering the 99 cent Chili.  Sometimes u can walk into ur usual spot and just order up, "Give me 5 packages of crackers, I'm watching my sodium today!"  While other times u walk in and u see who's in the back, and u think, "This guy has a tattoo of the FDA sign on his arm, and on top of that he's wearing a hair net, but he's bald headed. Hmmm?? I think I forgot my wallet in my car at my house, I'll be right back."  U know...So I overheard her mention something about her 'boyfriend' which was cool, but I just wondered...I feel like get started on a subject, but...

Why not?  Does anybody else have a tough time deciphering if a person is single...has a beau or beau-ette or is married?  I say that cuz sumtimes how ur being treated by somebody can lead u to believe one thing but its actually another.  Like...I said I wasn't gonna tell anymore love stories during this new season of The New Adventures of Austino Galaxia, but this one just hit us, so...

I remember...(Oh, how I luv to use those words in this diary!)

Ok.  So this one girl, I kind of grew akin to.  Great conversations, talks about life, and love, and our field of work.  She was mad cute too, she reminded me of Marisa Tomei.  I could sense that, we feel like muy comfortable talking to each other...as we had been face to face over some time.  And more directly, this look in her eyes as she glances at us, and the heat being ignited, when two people get close and u sense ur heart skip a beat, and ur feel her getting closer to u by each word, and then an 'accidental' touch of both of ur bodies occur, and u begin to wonder, "How does she look without..." and u know here eyes are thinking tha same and...I gotta stop, but...Can we be real? I mean.. I know I ain't the only one, ladies ur included too, who feels or has felt that way about somebody.  I just know.

So after our great conversations, I begin to move her up the Top 20 countdown, and begin to think that she is competing for this top spot, and she's just one Pam and Tommy Lee video away from actually being number one!  Here we are I'm like coming off a typical Miami weekend, and somebody was like did u hear about...let's just call her "Ingrid".  And I'm like, "Naw, what's up?"  They tell me she got married.  And I'm like, "Whah?!?!"  I'm like, hold up...just two days ago...LITERALLY...me and Ingrid were indulging in some Grand Ole Opry conversation, now she's got me thinking that she ain't nuthin' but a hound dog!  All jokes aside, me and her were super cool, and I thought about all these so-called "signs", at least those according to the Men's Health magazine website, and was thinking asking her to join me on a Groupon date, and she got the nerve to jump the broom on me???  She didn't even mention she had a man...Anyways...

But that's what I'm talking about...Now some people may look at me quizzical, while others are like, "Dude, I'm with you on this." Guys and girls alike...I know some girls who are cool, and super sexy who have guys just give them their every whim, flirting with them ("U need to say 'Hi' when u walk by here."  Is that 'posed to work?)  It's amazing what us guys would do, with just the thought...I'm totally breaking Guy Code here but...

It's amazing what us guys would do just to entertain the thought that a girl may like them.  We'll do anything just to capture a glance or a "Hi."  And if a girl taps u on the shoulder, oh man, we might skip the breakfast and go straight to Tiffany's.  I've seen guys almost knock me over at laundromats to chase at a glance of a girl. Real talk.  I've seen dudes at a Wedding Reception run 75 feet and cut to the beginning of a Soul Train dance line, with drink in hand mind you, all so they could be matched up with that sexy dame, they've been eyeing on all night..  I'm not immune ..I may have told too many Seinfeld jokes or laughed at a non-funny joke, just hopeful that a giggle early can lead to a giggle late...I always like it, when I'm with a girl, not WITH, but with a girl out and about, and other guys try to approach or say things to her, when she's with me.  You can try...but I don't that's gonna work buddy.  Some wild stuff...

And girls have their ways to.  They may be a little more settle, but I see it dude.  Sometimes...silence speaks more volumes than actually saying something.  Like say, a guy that a girl may like is in a room.  They would speak to everybody else, including imaginary friends that nobody can see but them, and ignore me...I mean, that guy in the process. It's almost as if to say, "U're not all that"...but in actuality they stand out because they ignore you on purpose and...Wait a minute...that's what they wanna do, isn't it?!  Oh...that just hit me.  (Smile!)  But its crazy...especially when it comes to all these games the two genders play to get the attention of the other.  From how we dress, how we smell, what body parts bump specific other body parts, to a calculated touch on the lower back to dipping to pick up some min-noot piece of lent off the floor to taking a long route to the bathroom to staring at somebody for that extra 15 seconds, all to catch the attention of that handsome or beauty.

I recall this one girl.  I was minding my own bid-ness in a place of employment.  And this chick was talking with some other girls and stuff.  I walk over just doing my thang.  Swag on color code:  Bright Orange...and she hits me outta nowhere like, "Austin, I know what everybody says about u?"  Usually, I'm like, "Whatever."  But I asked her, "What do they say?"....She replies, "U ain't nuthing but a flirt."  Which immediately brought me go to my black bag of facial expressions, and pull out the "Ugly Face."  I'm like, "Whadda u talkin' about?"  Next thing I know it, we up here talking about this and that, in public view mind you, and I'm wondering where did she get this E! News Daily breaking news from.  I mean, who are her sources.  Just because I tell a girl that she looks good, or just because I may share an extra long hug or give a fake massage on a girl's shoulders or make sure a gal feels beautiful when she doesn't or share a wink of an eye or grind dance on a girl when a fast song is on...All this does not make me a flirt!...It simply means I was born one!! (Wink!)

If u know me, u know I'm just kidding...and if u don't, I'm just kidding...sort of.  But sometimes people can call u certain things or label u things, when they don't really know you, or they wish the attention that u're giving somebody else, u would give to them.  Life is about having fun!  Everybody included...I know tha last few weeks, and we've mentioned it in this diary, do I feel like really sharing my level with fun with others.  Do I feel like pulling out the beauty and potential I see in so many, of all shapes and sizes, like is it worth it.  I guess time will tell.  Right now, I'm just trying to enjoy the moment as they come.  Things are kind of rush rushy in our life, when u got so many things u wanna do, and can do and will do...But u have 2 slow things down.  Whether about money or even this aforementioned love and dating thang.  Let the moment speak.  And just be ready.  And after all we've learned and been prepared for...all I can say is that...

We're all elephant ears.

Of course, I want mine with extra sugar.

And I won't have it any other way.

Austino Galaxia.

Oh...For all you Flirts out there, here's the video for today's title.  Enjoy!

Better Late Than Really Late.

Where do we begin?

Let's begin, by taking a look...back.

Well...If you've been reading our diary throughout these year and an half, u noticed that February has a special month in this diary.  On last year, we dedicated the ENTIRE MONTH to that crazy thang called...Love.  Through February of 2012, we enlisted guest interviews, our feelings on love, as well as we told some very personal stories about our love life, which has been wild, seemingly from the get.  U should take a look back if u get a chance.  It was some classic stuff!  So what do we do for an encore?  We're thinking...we're thinking....

Our life is going to a whole 'nother level.  I've thought about stop writing for a while just to let our diary...breathe.  Somebody told me that I should like take a grip off, and "hide in an attic" for while.  Wouldn't that be wild...Our thang is that we want this diary to be...special.  That every time u read a post, u see that something different is in the air, and a part of excitement captures this website.

How about love letters?  But how...maybe we should write love letters to commemorate this month of ours?  But why should I even do anything, I mean if anybody has a right to "hate" this month, it should be us right?  I...just...don't...know...what...2 do.  I guess it'll hit us in the moment.

Everything is brand new.  Still getting some wild Hollywood stories.  This guy the other day...I was on a side street on like 21st and Collins Ave. here in South Beach.  And I'm walking, and this guy in a black SUV pulls up behind me, and is like, "Excuse Me?" I turn back and stop..."Do you speak...Italian?"  I'm thinking as I look into his ride, like, "Is this gonna turn into some Sopranos type of go down is it?"  I tell him, 'No.', and then he asks me, "Do you's speak...French?"  I wanted to tell my dude, "The only languages I speak fluently is English and Body, now dude what do u want cuz I just got done with a workout, and if I don't eat no food in the next 42 minutes, to maximize this thang, I'm not gonna be happy."  So he says his English is very little...he begins to speak slooowly with his Italian accent.  He asks if I knew about, "Giorgio Armani".  Do I?  I almost pulled down my pants to show him my undie allegiance to the Armani empire, and then..."Yes, I do" was the response.  So my Italian Stallion began to tell me about this like trade show that's going on at the Miami Beach Convention Center, and he has some suits by Armani himself, and that he's flying back to Milan in the morning, but is gonna get broken off bad with the tax tariffs on the items.  He tells me that he can give them to me for a good price.  Normally, I probably couldn't pass this up, but since I didn't have any cash on me, and since I needed to hit up Walgreen's for a 2 for $4 special on some Blue Diamond almonds, thus I couldn't pull the Steinbrenner deal. He zoomed off after I told him that.  Real quick!   But the things I see...

Then right after that I'm walking and these construction dudes were walking, with one of them holding a freakin' huge plank of ceiling tile or something on top of his shoulder.  Both of them were walking diagonally directly my way, and I stopped and stepped to the side so they could pass.  Can a guy get a 'thank you' or 'Gracias' or something.  That's something that disgusts me here in Miami, and more specifically South Beach is the code of conduct when it comes to...Sidewalk walking.  I mean, do u really have to take up the entire sidewalk?  And when ur caked up with your girl, and the both of you are walking as a couple, or acting like a couple just in case u see one of ur friends on the sand and u don't want any 'rumor photos' to be scantting along Instagram...but when u two are together, do u really have to walk side by side so nobody can pass by?    I'm really had it, and my just shoulder bump a few guys and girls just to make an example outta somebody.  And I'm not even gonna talk about riding bicycles on the sidewalk....I can understand doing it for a block...I'll even give you a max of two blocks...but to ride you bike on the busy sidewalks of South Beach from like Flamingo Park all the way down to South Pointe Park, and you don't sleep in Spider-Man PJ's or have a pink bedroom dreaming about riding a pony on blue grass, u need to get some training wheels and hit the streets.  I'm not hating, but Sidewalk Laws need to reinforced.  It's becoming dangerous, and more importantly, it makes me so sick.

And on top of this, after those two dudes pass me by, I decided to continue on to like the other side of the opposite block, and these guys did like a ballerina spin and somehow came walking my way...again.  I'm thinking, "This can't be real.  I can't shake these guys.  What do they undercover work for the KGB or something?"  So as they make there way, my way...again...I just let them pass by...still no 'thank you'...still no 'gracias'...and I'm shaking my head like a guy having an X call him 10 more times after he's told her, 'It's over.'  That's the...new paragraph.

That's the toughest thing about being me....Uh...it's getting late tonight, but nothing like a late night post right? The toughest thing about being muah, is being...how can I put this...taking the low road or being humble when YOU should be the one who has he ultra snobby attitude.  Maybe that's what's missing in our life.  Just being an arrogant Son of a gun, who show's what he has, talks about how much money is in our pocket and whatever else comes into our heart.  Sometimes I just feel like being...humble, just doesn't cut it anymore.  Definitely down here in Miami where seemingly flash, and I ain't talking about D Wade, is all what people see or talk about.  There are so many mega-times where people say something or brag about something, and  I think to myself, 'If they only knew' or 'That ain't nothing, let me tell you...'  I think as you go up the ladder to success, being humble in an non-humble society can be something to deal with.

I guess that's why we are attracted to things and people in different way than others.  I like girls who are the absolute hottest, but they don't always have to floss it, cuz they know it.  They may work out, and have the bang-ing-est body, but they dress up in a long summer dress or a gown which doesn't even show cleavage or hugs their butt.  As we've said before, it's like a Porsche going 40 mph on the highway. They know they can blow you way...and u know it too, but they don't...and more importantly they pick their spots.  Speaking of which...I'm on a roll now, with some cinnamon butter on top, so just let us go...

Does anybody else feel like they are like being challenged for no reason?  Like, it's a hidden form of hate going on, and u feel it in the air, but...u driving along on the road, and a car is going like 25 mph's in a 45 and as soon as u pass them up, they wanna speed up.  And it's not the typical 3-0-5, "I don't want you to pass me' speed up...it's the "I don't want YOU to pass me" gitty up.  I get that a lot while driving, I don't know if it's jealousies or what (Hey, I spelled it right without a Spellcheck, Yeay!)  But I used to get that like religiously while driving on our Vespa  aka The Grey Ghost.  I'll pull up to a stop light, just chilling, wondering if this is how JFK, Jr. felt, and a car would pull up on my side, like next to me, but 5 feet back from being parallel to me, so I could just feel the eyes on me.  And as soon as the light change or something, they would feel the need to race me outta the blocks.  I mean...?  Or they would feel like they have to rush by us, and then cut us off, just to make a point...Why dude?  I have a freakin' scooter that goes like 40 mph on a good day, it can reach 43 miles per hour if I see a sexy baby girl on Brickell Ave., during lunch break, and u driving a full size vehicle.  What do u have to prove?  I promise u this stuff happens to us...ALL THE TIME.

I think the thing about Miami, and I still love it, don't get it twisted, but sometimes it's like our egos are so sensitive that we can't stand to be one up'd or thinking that we are one upped.  A guy gets a new car, u gotta get one to.  Somebody gets a new cell phone, we gotta get one two.  U spend $200 on bottles, I gotta through down $300.  Somebody gets a silicone booty, I gotta hit up Alton Road and get one also.  I say all this, cuz I fall into that same category sometimes as well!  For real.  I've learned though, to be confortable within ourself, and not trying to prove ourself, every moment of the day.  Or at least, not have to be boastful or vocal about it.  Which goes back to the paragraphs up above, about who we are and perhaps who we should become.

I know we take consistent inventory of ourself.  I'm just gonna be honest, and if you happen to be single, u really take an inventory.  Especially this month, where u like, "I know this person hasn't been through what I've been through, why they get a boyfriend or a girlfriend."  Or u thinking, "Valentine's Day is like a week and an half away, what's gonna go down."  And it's not that u don't know people or have friends of the opposite sex, but believe u me, if u go through a lot of drama or silliness to be honest, u reach a point in ur life where u are just like, "It just may be nice, u know."  And u evaluate what changes u might need to do, or if u need to adjust how u laugh, or the shoes u where, or if u should  attempt a "one night stand" for the whale of it, and a Bucket List of fun.  That's one thing I actually haven't done, huh...But that's when u have to adjust when needed, but also not lose who u are as a person and lose ur edge.  By edge, I mean, what sets u apart from the rest.  I think all that stuff that we talked about above, and just in our life generally.  Sometimes people see you as not like them, or having things they wish they had cuz it's...different from the rest, and get flat out upset about it.

Boy, tonight is getting real.  I've been in some tough situations.  I wonder if I could really...really be close friends with a girl who has a "man".  It can be awkward, cuz sometimes when u get to really know us or the lifestyle of fun that we like to share, the other guy can sometimes...and the girl can begin to like us...and...Does anybody else have this problem?  U just being you, but being you can lead to some intriguing situations that u don't wanna be in.  U just wanna have fun, u know.  I'm not sure why we said that, but oh well.  It's not easy being green.

I'm just about done, I know folks are tired of hearing about this crazy talk, but it's how we feel.  And what's going on.  I think a lot of people don't get the credit they deserve for putting up with what they put up with.  In terms of being hated on, and still pushing on with a smile on their face...In terms of doing things to help their families without getting a "Ta-ta" for their efforts...Sacrificing (Wow!  How many times we've heard this word since we wrote about it a little bit ago.) for the team.  I think nowadays, a lot of things that are special have become an expectation instead of an act of excellence.  Lebron gets a triple-double...Kobe scores 40...Filming a movie here in Miami...Heck, throwing a great bash at a South Beach condo.  Just because u've done it before, just because u might be good at it, doesn't mean it still ain't tough to do.  It may look easy, but it for dag gone sure ain't.

Sometimes just picking out an outfit outta ur closet....just getting ready can be a chore.  It can take u two hours to get ready for something that is only gonna last for a quarter of that time.  Somebody feels me...Getting into the shower, getting ur hair right, brushing ur teeth, putting on deodorant, sometimes throwing in mouthwash, throwing on a pre-party playlist, picking out the right outfit, and trying to remember if the folks who might be there has seen u in a particular tie and shirt or dress and shoe combination, then wondering what underwear to pick out..of course, depending on what the evening may lead to.  If it's a quick ordeal, u might thrown on anything.  If u think it's a long night, u match 'em up tops and bottoms (Although I think a girl who mixes up different bra and panties is sexy as can be.  Really sexy matter of fact...)....And then u think about what lotion to use, after shave lotion, what cologne is acceptable for the evening...It can really take u two hours.  But what I'm saying is that just because things in this life looks easy, and just because acts of greatness can become routine doesn't mean it should be taken for granted.  A ticket to the South Beach Wine and Food festival, is still a ticket to the South Beach Wine and Food festival.  And just because u've might have been there before, doesn't mean that the act should be counted for granted.  And for the price of the tickets, u better eat up everything including the napkins!

I'm gonna leave with this.  I think having true faith in a goal or in urself is the belief that something is gonna come true when u have no proof of it actually happening.  That's true faith.  Can u believe when u think about nothing but rejections or that big number of zero staring u in your eyes.  I was watching the replay of the Lakers game against Minnesota from last night.  And Mullys was talking about this new way of playing with Bryant passing the ball to help his teammates, and how it seems to be working with them winning.  He was talking about how winning cures all, and if you don't win, even though u're playing well, u still question the system.  I thought about all the self-reflective moments we've had, where u know that ur playing well, u know u doing what u think is right, u know that u look ultra-hot, and yet things still don't go ur way.  And u feel like, "If I could get just one win."..."If that one person would just see...".  That's when u have to have true faith, that even though it hasn't happened yet, or it may seem possible, there's still a chance.  Just because u haven't dance with anybody at the party, doesn't mean that the entire night is gonna be like that.  That person might creep up right as the lights come on, for that last song.

I want things now, so bad to be perfect. I feel like I've earned that right, and have earned that "perfect beginning" to our story.  I get snobby like, "Why I have to deal with this situation?"  or "Is this what I get for following God?"  or "I should just be normal, and try to fit in with the norm."  But there is still time on the clock...still time.  And to still a line from Kells:

The depth of my struggle will determine the height of my success.

I know how it feels to be on the sideline while the parade goes by.  I also know what it feels like to be in the parade.  Now I wanna be the Grand Marshall of the thing.  Just maybe I'm crazy for saying all this...But just think about it, what if I'm right.  What if this diary or the thoughts of just having fun is part of this "era" we've dreamed about having on this world.  It could be crazy talk, it could also be pure genius.  And just because u  are the first doesn't mean that u are the best.  Sometimes it pays to be forced to be patient.  And even though we live in a new style way of thinking, some things don't change.  And there was a saying that used to be said a lot while growing up...

Saving the best for last.

Everybody's had their turn....Now it's ours.

And I hope everybody's ready...

Cuz u place a $100 bet in Vegas, that I am.

The odds on that is one to one.

U can bet ur arse that we're ready.

R U?
